Wang Kailiang, born in September 1977, is a native of Shenyang, Liaoning, China. The author is a senior technician with a college degree. The author currently serves as the chairman of Jiaji Catering Management Co., Ltd. in Shenyang, China. The author’s research direction is cooking.

Li Li, born in March 1987, is a native of Yucheng, Henan, China. The author has a bachelor's degree and is an engineer.
