Sun Jianhua, born in May 1972, native of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, China, senior engineer, master's degree in project management, national registered first-class construction engineer, registered international project manager, currently working at the School of Urban and Environment, Huaiyin Normal University, China. The author’s research directions are project management, management science and engineering. The author has been committed to the research of construction project management. The author has more than 20 years of management experience in construction projects. The author has published more than 20 academic papers on project management in journals at or above the provincial level, compiled a textbook, and managed three construction projects that won the "Yangzi Cup" Quality Engineering Award in Jiangsu Province, China.
