Qiang Xueliang, born in August 1980, is a native of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, China. The author graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature, Baoji University of Arts and Sciences in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in English Education. The author currently works at the Xi'an School Affiliated to Tsinghua University in China and has the title of first-level middle school teacher. The research direction is activity design for English inquiry-based teaching.
