Peng Xingjiang, born in February 1983, male, native of Zibo, Shandong, China, engineer, bachelor's degree, currently working at Lunan Highway Engineering Company, Jining, Shandong, China, engaged in traffic engineering research.

Ma Qianjin, born in August 1984, is a native of Henan, China. The author is a senior engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at the Zhengzhou Design Institute of China Railway Engineering Design Consulting Group Co., Ltd. and is engaged in traffic design research.

Ma Long, born in November 1987, is a native of Laiwu, Shandong, China. The author is an engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Investment and Development Company and is engaged in highway and bridge research.

Tu Fengwu, born in February 1978, female, from Shenqiu, Henan, China, is a deputy senior engineer. The author graduated from Pingdingshan Institute of Technology majoring in engineering cost management in 2002. In 2005, the author obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering management through correspondence courses. In 2009, the author was awarded the technical title of engineer, and in 2016, the author was awarded the technical title of deputy senior engineer. Currently working as the chief construction technical engineer of Henan Zhongzhou Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd.

Wang Wei, born in October 1973, male, is from Dancheng, Henan, China. The author graduated from Harbin Engineering College in 1996, majoring in engineering surveying.

Li Wenjie, born in July 1978 in Tianjin, China, is a senior engineer with a graduate degree. The author currently works in the Science and Technology and Information Technology Department (Chief Engineer Office) of China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd., engaged in a series of research on transportation, railway driving, high-speed railway operation, overseas railway project operation management, and China's railway "going global".

Yu Haiyong, born in October 1989 in Weifang, Shandong, China, is an engineer with a graduate degree. The author currently works at the Chongqing Transportation Planning Institute, where the author is engaged in research on urban traffic prediction models, urban traffic big data analysis, and urban group boundary delineation analysis.

Zhou Fang, born in May 1987, is an engineer from Jiangxi, China, with a graduate degree. The author currently works at the Water Transport Science Institute of the Ministry of Transport, where the author is engaged in research on strategic layout planning, energy-saving and environmental protection technologies in the transportation industry.
