Zhao Shuangyao, born in February 1982 in Anyang, Henan, China, is an engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works in the Engineering Company of the Geotechnical Engineering Division of the Yellow River Survey, Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and is engaged in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction and construction research.

Wang Juan, born in January 1983, is a native of Feixian County, Shandong Province, China. The author is an engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at the Yellow River Survey, Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and is engaged in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction and construction research.

Li Dongming was born in February 1978 in Heihe, Heilongjiang, China. The author graduated from China Central Radio and Television University in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering in January 2006. The author has worked in the Aihui District Water Conservancy Bureau of Heihe City, China for many years. The author has worked in various positions at the grassroots water conservancy management station and flood control office of the Aihui District Water Conservancy Bureau of Heihe City, China. The author was rated as a senior engineer in 2019 and worked in the Emergency Management Bureau of Aihui District, Heihe City, China in September 2020. Engaged in research on construction management of water conservancy projects.

Liu Zhiwei, born in June 1987, is a native of Zhongwei, Ningxia, China. The author is a senior engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at the Zhongnan Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of Power Construction Corporation of China, where the author is engaged in water conservancy and hydropower engineering design research. The author specializes in the planning/design of navigation buildings (locks, ship lifts, etc.) for hydropower stations, as well as the planning/design of water conservancy, municipal administration, ports, and waterways.

Yu Han, born in January 1985, is a native of Yuncheng, Shandong, China. The author is an engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at Chengdu Hydropower Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. of the Seventh Engineering Bureau of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower, and is engaged in water conservancy and hydropower construction research.

Wei Wei, born in March 1992, is a native of Xincai, Henan, China. The author is an engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works in Honglida, Henan, and is engaged in water conservancy project management research.
