Research On Psychological Communication Between Teachers And Students
About the Author
Yu Wenzhong, male, born in June 1964, senior professional title, special teacher in Shandong Province. The author graduated from Wendeng Normal University in 1987 and was assigned to teach in the Municipal Experimental Primary School; in 1993, the author was transferred to the Second Experimental Primary School. The author has been teaching for more than 30 years and has been successively rated as a famous teacher in Qilu, the most beautiful teacher in Qilu, and The author has won more than 20 honors such as Innovative Teacher of Shandong Province, and the author’s personal deeds have been reported by many media such as "China Central Education Television", "China Education News" and "Weihai Evening News". At work, I have a rigorous attitude and scientific methods. I have presided over a number of research projects and achieved fruitful research results. The independently innovative "Four Modernizations" teaching method has received great attention from the leaders of Wendeng City and Weihai City Education Bureau. The "Four Modernizations" teaching experience has been fully promoted in physical education teaching in primary schools in Weihai City. In order to deepen the teaching of the "Four Modernizations", I have made unremitting efforts to deeply process all the physical education materials for the five grades of primary schools, turning the original boring content into game teaching materials that are interesting to students. I have written more than 200,000 words of lesson plans, and several thick teaching postscripts. In addition, I have written a large number of teaching reflections and accumulated nearly one million words of teaching notes. Among them, more than 200 articles including "The Green Apple "Bited" by God" were published in national and provincial newspapers and magazines, and the first special collection "Dreams in the Drawer" was published by Beijing Education Press. The currently completed works include "Technology Changes Teaching", which mainly explains how physical education teachers use micro videos to improve their teaching and research capabilities; "Opening the Heart Lock" mainly explains the application of psychology in physical education teaching; co-authored the book "Primary School Physical Education Teaching Unit Plan and Cases". In addition, the author has won many awards in Shandong Provincial Quality Course Competitions and taught provincial open courses. In order to break the traditional rope skipping training method, start from the interest and mobilize students' sports Enthusiasm. The skipping team I trained not only won the first place in our city's rope skipping competition for nine consecutive years, but the individual double-winding rope skipping also broke the Guinness World Record with a score of 168 times/minute in the Shandong Royal Twist "Jelly Cup" competition; 10 people jumped together continuously on the long rope, with a good score of 3313, becoming the sunshine record of Shandong TV's Sunshine Express Column.
