Zhao Quanzhong, born in January 1982, is a native of Xiantao, Hubei Province, China. The author is a senior engineer and holds a master's degree. The author currently works at the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Research Institute and is engaged in electric power environmental protection. The author’s research direction is electric power environmental protection. The author has published more than ten papers and participated in the preparation of three monographs.

Zhang Zhouhong, born in May 1980, is a native of Chengcheng, Shaanxi, China. The author is an engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at Beijing Zhonghuan Geyi Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is environmental impact assessment.

Han Liming, born in September 1974 in Linyi, Shandong, China, is a senior engineer with a postgraduate degree. The author graduated from Wuhan University and currently works at Shandong Electrical Group Co., Ltd. The author’s research interests include power technology and enterprise management, focusing on the business development planning, operation monitoring and process control of the power industry. Through the discussion and research of management concepts and models under the new situation, the author will carry out the pilot and promotion of new businesses, new models and new business formats, and achieve the improvement of business efficiency and benefits.

Li Jun, born in June 1987, is a native of Cangxi, Sichuan, China. The author is an intermediate environmental protection engineer and a master's degree student. The author graduated from Chengdu University of Technology. The author currently works for Sichuan Jinhe Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Sichuan Nuclear Industry Radiation Testing and Protection Institute (Sichuan Nuclear Emergency Technical Support Center). The author is the area manager of Sichuan and Hainan. The author is mainly engaged in environmental consulting work such as environmental impact assessment of construction projects and completed environmental protection acceptance.

Han Jianqiu, born in August 1983, is a native of Cangzhou, Hebei, China. The author is an intermediate engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at the Mengcun Hui Autonomous County Power Supply Branch of State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is power transmission, transformation and distribution network power engineering technology.

Ma Hongjun, born in December 1977 in Jilin City, Jilin Province, China, is an intermediate engineer with a postgraduate degree. The author graduated from Northeast Normal University in environmental engineering in July 2005. The author currently works at Jilin Northeast Coal Industry Environmental Protection Research Co., Ltd., with research directions in environmental science, environmental engineering and ecological governance.
