About the Authors

Chen Tianyuan, born in August 1987, is a librarian from Zhangjiajie, Hunan, China. The author currently works at the Library of Zhangjiajie University in Zhangjiajie, Hunan, and is engaged in library science research. A total of four academic papers have been published: "On the Improvement of the Professional Competence of University Librarians" in the magazine "Corporate Culture" in October 2018; "A Brief Discussion on the Value and Significance of Library Services" in the magazine "Modern Marketing·Business Edition" in November 2018; "Data Analysis and Improvement of University Library Services" in the magazine "Wealth Life" in October 2019; in May 2020 In September, the author published a paper "Realization Strategies of Personalized Information Services in University Libraries under the Internet Background" in the magazine "Modern Information Technology".

Li Kunping, born in September 1988 in Changsha, Hunan, China, is a librarian with a postgraduate degree. The author currently works at the Children's Library of Hunan Province and is engaged in library management research.

Ma Xiaorong, born in March 1966 in Yongchuan, Chongqing, China, is an associate research librarian with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at the Wanzhou District Library in Chongqing, China, where the author is engaged in library development and research on minor illustrations.

Fang Lingwei, born in July 1981, is a native of Yunnan, China, a librarian with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at the Ethnic Library of Xinping County, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, and is engaged in library management research.

Zhou Fenfen, born in November 1985, holds a master's degree in library science. The author has worked in the Guangdong University of Technology Library and Huizhou Ciyun Library (Huizhou City Library, Guangdong Province) and has more than ten years of library work experience. Participated in one provincial scientific research project and one municipal scientific research project; participated in major practical construction projects of the library many times and was the drafter of various rules and regulations for the regional headquarter and branch library construction projects; participated in the compilation of the local industry standard "Huizhou Public Library Service Standards". A total of three academic papers have been published. Engaged in library management, reading promotion, library document resource construction, and library service research.
