About the Authors

Li Xingde, born in November 1985, is from Linyi, Shandong, China. The author has a graduate degree and is an engineer. The author currently works at the Yishu River Water Conservancy Management Bureau and the Liujiadaokou Water Conservancy Junction Management Bureau. The author’s research direction is water conservancy project construction management and ecological water conservancy.

Ma Jie, born in February 1982, is from Shenxian County, Shandong Province, China. The author has a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at the Shijin Irrigation District Affairs Center of Hebei Province. The author’s research direction is water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The author has published relevant papers at the national and provincial levels many times and published many books.

Dong Jiling, born in April 1974, has a bachelor's degree and is an engineer. The author currently works at the Yellow River Affairs Bureau in Juancheng, China. The author’s research direction is water conservancy engineering network communications.

Zang Binggui, born in June 1987, is a native of Dezhou, Shandong, China. The author has a graduate degree and is an engineer. The author currently works at the Shandong Water Conservancy Survey and Design Institute. The author’s research directions include geodesy and surveying engineering, and photogrammetry. The main tasks currently undertaken in the unit are river channel management, large and medium-sized reservoir capacity expansion projects, and river chief system measurement work. The author is also responsible for UAV aerial photography and radar point cloud processing.
