Zhang Dingfan, born in December 1988, is from Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China. The author has a bachelor's degree and the title of engineer. The author currently works at Yuechi Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company, Sichuan Province, China, mainly engaged in power and electrical.

Zhao Ming, born in January 1987, is a native of Tongcheng City, Anhui Province, China. The author has a bachelor's degree and is an engineer. The author graduated from Hefei University of Technology, China. The author currently works at Anhui Jiyuan Software Co., Ltd., China, and the author’s research focuses on computer network applications in power systems.

Bao Qin, born in March 1983 in Lijin, Shandong, China, is a senior engineer majoring in power engineering technology. The author graduated from China University of Petroleum (East China) majoring in electrical engineering and automation. The author currently works at the Lijin County Power Supply Company of China State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company. The author’s main research directions are power system automation design, transmission and distribution line operation and maintenance, etc.

Bai Guangliang, born in March 1980, is a native of Caoxian County, Shandong Province, China. The author is an engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at CNPC Liaohe Oilfield Branch, with research interests in electrical automatic control and wind and solar new energy development.

Li Yu, born in June 1987, is a native of Yueyang, Hunan, China. The author is an engineer and has a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at Huaneng Hunan Energy Sales Co., Ltd., and the author’s research interests include power marketing and power system operation research, and power system reform research.

Sun Peng, born in March 1981, is a native of Shandong, China. The author is an engineer and a graduate student. The author currently works in the Automotive Home Appliances Board Division of China Hegang Handan Iron and Steel Technology Center, and the author’s research direction is electrical automation.

Wu Yuan, born in May 1989, is a native of Shehong, Sichuan, China, Han nationality, bachelor's degree/master's degree in engineering, professional title: engineer, currently working at China Huaneng Hezhang Wind Power Co., Ltd., researching new energy and new energy power generation.

Gao Yan, born in October 1986, is a master's student in control engineering at North China University of Technology. The author works at the No. 2 Steel Rolling Plant of Hegang Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., with research interests in electrical engineering and automation; control engineering; energy management and environmental protection.
