Xu Hua, female, born in September 1986, from Xianyang, Shaanxi, has a bachelor's degree. Currently working at Tibet University for Nationalities, the author’s research direction is the application of painting art therapy in the mental health education of Tibetan college students. The author has published many related papers in global journals.

Wu Fenglan, female, born in April 1971, is a native of Beijing. The author has a master's degree in education and the title of lecturer. The author currently works at Beijing Open University Yanqing Branch. The author’s research interests include open distance education teaching and adult education teaching research.

Qiu Zhichao, female, born in November 1979, is from Songyuan City, Jilin Province. The author has a master's degree and the title of lecturer. The author currently works at the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Qiaokou District, Wuhan City. The author’s research directions are sociology, cultural communication, and cultural industry.

Zeng Qionghong, born in June 1981 in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, has a bachelor's degree and a first-level primary school teacher title. The author currently works at Huidong Experimental Primary School in Hui'an County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. The author’s research direction is primary school mathematics teaching and mental health education teaching, and related subject teaching materials and methods.

Li Yongsheng, born in February 1976, is from Xiangyang, Hubei Province. The author has a bachelor's degree and the title of senior middle school teacher. The author currently works in the Political Education Department of Wuhan No. 11 Middle School. The author’s research direction is student psychology and education.

Wang Haiying, born in October 1975, is a native of Luliang, Shanxi. The author has a master's degree in law and is a senior lecturer.
