Song Fengrui, female, born in October 1985, native of Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China, graduated from Hohai University in 2017 with a master's degree in engineering and the title of engineer. Currently working in the Chengde Hydrology and Water Resources Survey Bureau, the author’s research direction is in the field of water conservancy engineering.

Yang Zhibo, male, born in May 1982, native of Yucheng, Shandong, China, has a bachelor's degree and is a senior engineer. The author currently works at the Water Affairs Bureau of Aihui District, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, China. The author’s research direction is water conservancy project construction management.

Gong Fengwu, male, born in January 1977, has a bachelor's degree, a senior engineer title, and a registered geotechnical engineer. The author currently works at Jidi Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China. The author has been in the industry for more than 20 years. The author’s research interests include hydrogeology, engineering geology, and environmental geology.

Lu Bo, born in December 1986, is a native of Yulin, Shaanxi Province, China. The author has a master's degree and the title of senior engineer. The author currently works at the Northwest Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group.

Zhang Xufeng, born in September 1988, is a native of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China. The author has a bachelor's degree and the title of engineer. The author currently works at the Shijin Irrigation District Administration Bureau of Hebei Province, China. The author’s research direction is water conservancy and hydropower project management.

Li Yan, born in November 1985, native of Chunhua County, Shaanxi Province, China, has a graduate degree and the title of senior engineer. The author currently works at the First Branch of China Coal Huasheng Exploration Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is hydrogeology and engineering geology.

Wang Mingchang, born in September 1971, is a native of Luquan County, Yunnan Province, China. The author is an undergraduate student, senior engineer, first-class construction engineer (water conservancy and hydropower), and registered safety engineer. The author currently works at Yunnan Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction and engineering project management.

Yang Lin, born in November 1977, is a native of Binchuan County, Yunnan Province, China. The author has a bachelor's degree, senior engineer, and first-class registered construction engineer (water conservancy and hydropower). The author currently works at China Yunnan Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is water conservancy project construction management.

Li Chao, born in April 1982, is a native of Sanhe City, Langfang City, Hebei Province. The author has the title of assistant engineer and a bachelor's degree. The author currently works at Baoding Cement Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is geological survey research and construction management of water conservancy projects.
