Zhao Bao, male, born in July 1987, native of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, China, has a bachelor's degree and the title of intermediate engineer. The author currently works at Jiangsu Gaoyan Environmental Testing Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is environmental monitoring technology and environmental governance technology.

Zhao Quanzhong, male, born in January 1982, native of Xiantao City, Hubei Province, China, has a master's degree and the title of senior engineer. The author currently works at the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Research Institute, and the author’s research direction is power environmental protection.

Chen Yinkuang, born in July 1989, native of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, China, has a bachelor's degree, is an intermediate engineer, and is a first-class construction engineer. The author currently works at Zhejiang Tengtai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and the author’s research interests include desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal, ash transportation and other environmental protection fields in thermal power plants.

The author currently works at Zhejiang Taicheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. The author’s research directions include environmental science, marine environmental chemistry, marine geochemistry, etc.
