About the Authors

Wang Qiang, born in December 1974 in Wucheng, Shandong Province, is a senior engineer with a bachelor's degree. The author works at Dezhou Urban Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., with research interests in construction engineering (construction) and municipal public works (construction).

He Yinan was born in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China in December 1972. The author graduated from Huaqiao University with a bachelor's degree in "Industrial and Civil Engineering" and a master's degree in engineering in "Architecture and Civil Engineering". The author has the title of senior laboratory engineer, an evaluation expert of the Fujian Provincial Government Investment Project Evaluation Center, an evaluation expert of the Fujian Provincial Engineering Consulting Center, an evaluation expert of the Quanzhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and an expert member of the Quanzhou Architectural Association, from October 2012 to November 2015. In September, the Organization Department of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee selected him as deputy chief engineer and deputy director of the Environmental Protection Branch of the Fujian Wuyi New District Management Committee. The author currently works at the School of Civil Engineering of Huaqiao University, and the author’s research direction is architecture and civil engineering.

Chen Taihong, born in November 1983, is a native of Xuyi, Jiangsu. The author is an engineer with a master's degree. The author works in the Planning and Construction Bureau of the Management Committee of Nanjing Ecological Science and Technology Island Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu. The author is currently engaged in construction project management.

Guo Bingnan, born in March 1980, is from Heze City, Shandong Province, China. The author graduated from Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology and is an engineer. The author currently works at the Construction Branch of State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Co., Ltd. as a project manager. The research direction is power engineering project management.

Wang Renxian, born in July 1985 in Changsha City, Hunan Province, has the title of intermediate engineer, registered first-class construction engineer, and a bachelor's degree. The author works at China Construction Fifth Engineering Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., researching construction engineering construction and construction equipment installation.

Liu Yi, born in March 1987 in Laixi, Shandong, has a bachelor's degree. The author graduated from Shandong Jianzhu University in art design in July 2009. The author works at Shandong Transportation Planning and Design Institute as an engineer. The author’s research direction is: architecture, landscape and decoration.

Yan Xin, born in March 1985, is a native of Tangshan City, Hebei Province, China. The author has the title of engineer. The author currently works at Tangshan Iron and Steel International in Hebei Province, China as a professional supervisory engineer for civil construction. The research direction is engineering supervision and engineering management.

Liu Yanhui, born in February 1984, graduated from Dalian University of Technology in July 2009. The author has worked for Liaoning Academy of Construction Science Co., Ltd. for 10 years. As the project leader, the author is mainly engaged in the design and construction of special projects such as industrial and civil building inspection and appraisal, building renovation and reinforcement joints, etc.
