The author currently works at the Cartography Institute of Hebei Province, China. The author’s research interests include ocean mapping, coastal zone remote sensing and other related technologies.

Lin Huihui, born in April 1986, is a native of Putian City, Fujian Province, China. The author has a master's degree and the title of engineer. The author currently works at the Information Engineering University of the Strategic Support Forces of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The research direction is surveying and mapping engineering.

Wang Shutao, born in January 1986, native of Qu County, Sichuan Province, China, graduated from Hebei University of Engineering, majoring in thermal energy and power engineering, with a bachelor's degree and the title of assistant engineer. Currently working at China Water Conservancy and Hydropower 14th Engineering Co., Ltd.
