Lu Xiaming, born in August 1979, Zhuang nationality, native of Pingguo County, Guangxi Province, China, has a master's degree. The author currently works at Guangxi Communications Vocational and Technical College, China, and has been engaged in teaching environmental engineering professional courses. Research directions include water environment monitoring and management, and ecological environmental impact assessment of transportation construction projects.

Gao Lijuan, born in October 1983, is a native of Kunming City, Yunnan Province, China. The author has a master's degree and the title of senior engineer. The author currently works in the 209th Geological Brigade of the Nuclear Industry of Yunnan Province, China. The research directions include environmental management and restoration projects (wetland projects, river or lake ecological environment management and restoration, industrial wastewater treatment, soil pollution control and restoration projects); environmental monitoring (water environment monitoring, soil environment monitoring); environmental impact assessment (water ecology, wetland ecological environment impact assessment, soil environment investigation and assessment, acoustic environment impact assessment).

Liu Ming, born in October 1982, is a native of Yantai City, Shandong Province, China. The author graduated from Jinan University in China in 2005 with a bachelor's degree and the title of engineer. The author currently works for China Shandong Ding'an Testing Technology Co., Ltd. as the manager of the Environmental Business Department. The research direction is environmental monitoring and environmental protection.

Wang Xiaoyu, born in July 1982, native of Huaian City, Jiangsu Province, China, holds the title of engineer and currently works at China Fujian Ocean Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. The research direction is environmental impact assessment.

He Yanan, born in November 1983, native of Gongyi City, Henan Province, China, with a bachelor's degree, currently works in the Environmental Protection Bureau of Gongyi City, China. Research directions include total emission reduction, environmental statistics, corporate environmental supervision, and response to heavy pollution weather. Supervise enterprises to carry out comprehensive rectification, promote industrial structure adjustment, and upgrade pollution prevention and control facilities to ensure that pollutants are discharged up to standards and reduce pollutant emissions.

Liu Wei, born in March 1984, is a native of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China. The author has a PhD in chemical engineering and the title of senior engineer. The author currently works at the Data Resource Center of China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd. Since 2014, we have been conducting research on the construction of in-vehicle air quality detection method systems, detection result analysis and modeling, rectification plan optimization consultation, and purification device design and development.

Liu Lidong, born in December 1977, native of Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province, China, has an intermediate professional title (engineer) and currently works at Shanghai Weizheng Detection Technology Co., Ltd., China. The research direction is environmental testing.

Guo Yuquan, born in April 1989, is a native of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, China. The author graduated from Huaqing College of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, China, with a bachelor's degree. The author currently works for Shaanxi Environmental Protection Company, China.

The research direction is third-party operation and maintenance of pollution sources and online monitoring of pollution sources.

Ke Lei, born in July 1983, is a native of Daye City, Hubei Province, China. The author has a bachelor's degree and the title of engineer. The author currently works at the Environmental Protection Monitoring Station of Daye City, China. The research direction is environmental monitoring and environmental engineering.

Ding Zidong, born in October 1985, is a native of Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China. The author has a master's degree and the title of engineer. The author currently works at Dalian Water Group Water Resources Co., Ltd., China. The research direction is environmental ecological governance.

Bao Geriletu, born in March 1976, is a native of Horqin Left-wing Middle Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China.
