Zhang Wei, male, born in December 1983, native of Shenzhou City, Hebei Province, China, has a bachelor's degree and is an intermediate engineer. The author currently works at the Handan Branch of China Hegang Group, and the author’s research direction is electrical automation control.

Yin Chunliang, female, born in February 1981, native of Jining, Shandong, China, has a bachelor's degree and is an intermediate engineer. The author currently works at the Architectural Planning and Design Institute of Shandong Jianda University in China, focusing on architectural electrical design.

Duan Lijun, born in August 1982, is a native of Datong, Shanxi, China. The author currently works at China Yunnan Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., and the author’s research direction is power system relay protection.
